The offer of cultural and historical attractions in Sweden is endless.

Starting with the capital of the country, Stockholm, where visitors will find uncountable museums, historical sights and exhibitions, theatres and cultural events. A popular attraction in the city is the Vasa Museum with works telling the history of this ship, the oldest known complete ship in the world. The National Museum of Art, in Stockholm, is one of the oldest in the world and whrere works of famous artists such as Rembrandt and Van Gogh are exhibited, besides antique porcelain and furnitures.

In Malmö The Malmo Art Museum is one of the most important museums of contemporary art in Europe with exhibitions of avant grade and experimental works.

When speaking about music and Sweden one of the most popular bands during the 70’s and 80’s "ABBA" will come to many of minds. But to sing for Swedish people belongs to life and many groups today are known worldwide. Music production is becoming an important industry and many international musicians chose Sweden for their productions.

Every year during August, in Göteburg, takes place The Göteborg Cultural Festival. During a week musicians perform their music on different stages through the city.
